Connect, Learn and Enjoy
Staying active and independent is important for the older person’s overall well-being. Our activities include keep fit, better balance, yoga, table tennis, indoor bowls, snooker, dancing, singing, ukulele, painting, card and board games. The current 2025 Activities Program is shown on the Activities page. On a regular basis, the Club has social events within the Centre and day excursions to a varied number of places.
Importantly, our activities include services, programs and events to suit a wide variety of interests and abilities in a social environment. This is a great way to meet new friends in the local community.
